Because our products are custom-made, customers do not have the automatic right to cancel or return goods simply because they have changed their mind after production has begun. This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 regarding goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Clear photographs showing the damage, fault, or incorrect item

Upon review, Hanging Quotes may offer:

Lost Deliveries

Once production has started, we may be unable to cancel or amend the order because materials and production costs have already been incurred.
